A Signing Ceremony of Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF)-LG CNS Service Level Agreement Is Held -


Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) (President, Kim Kyung-Keun) and LG CNS (CEO, Kim Dae-Hoon) sign Service Level Agreement (SLA) at a conference room of Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) on the 27th for increasing customers’ satisfaction of information service of overseas Koreans and for improving business procedure of maintenance and repair.

 
□ This agreement was implemented to upgrade the quality of overseas Koreans information service through objective level measurement, clarification of responsibility between system operation organization and use organization and continuous improvement efforts, etc by introducing service level management system as a part of  Global Korean Network second stage building operation projectwhich aims forrealization of online Koreans network to become one with 7.2 million Overseas Koreans.

 
□ With the start of
demonstration operation during the first half of 2012, it is planned to operate in a full scale by re-defining measurement index, etc with application of the result of the   demonstration operation from Global Korean Network third stage building operation project.

□ GKN Team Leader, “Jang Hong Jong” of Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) revealed that “Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) will make assurance for information service of Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) by building an integration environment in which obstacle matters of information service can be reported and managed at anytime at anyplace” by saying that “Overseas Koreans Foundation plans to upgrade one step higher quality of information service such as Korean.net for 7.2 million overseas Koreans, etc through this agreement.”
