Overview
- Hotel reservations are optional. For your convenience, we have partnered with a third-party accommodation agency that provides hotel reservation services.
- Please note that these discounted rates are only available through the designated Accommodation Agency below.
- This option is also available to domestic participants, and it is on a first come, first served basis.
- The reservation deadline is Sunday, Oct 9, and only those who paid their registration fee in full are eligible for this service.

Application Process
- 01Pay the Convention registration fee in full
- 02Check hotel information
(online via accommodation info or agency website) - 03Download the hotel reservation application from accommodation agency website
- 04Fill out hotel reservation application → Register for the accommodation agency and pay for your hotel room(s)
- 05All 3 nights need to be paid in full to receive the reservation confirmation form
