How to Register
Registration Fees
- Registration deadline: 24:00 on September 20 (KST)
- Registration is free for online participants.
- In-person participants are requested to pay the registration fee in full through wire transfer or with a credit card.

Payment Method
Wire Transfer
- Registration deadline: 24:00 on September 20
- If you are paying the fee though wire transfer from overseas, please send the transaction receipt to the Convention Secretariat via email (registration1@okf.or.kr) or fax (+82-2-516-2072).
- · Your registration may be canceled if the Secretariat is unable to confirm the payment receipt within 2 weeks after your registration application.
※ The recipient of the wire transfer will appear as ‘Overseas Koreans Foundation.’
※ Please make the bank deposit/transfer using the same name as the applicant name. If you make a bank deposit in a different name, please send a copy of the deposit/transfer receipt to the Secretariat via email or fax.
- For companies that want to participate in the Trade Show, please contact the the Trade Show Secretariat (hansangshowroom@okf.or.kr, +82-2-3415-0052).

- All participants wishing to make credit card payment should settle the payment via online. (Chrome, Firefox, Environment Only)
- Korean : Korean banks (BC, KB, NH, Lotte, Samsung, SH, KEB Hana, Hyundai, Citi etc.)
- Non-Korean : JCB, Mastercard, Visa and Union Pay cards only
